The belief's of the Catholic Faith have developed over more than two thousand years, however at our 'core' we are a Trinitarian Church, meaning that we believe in One God in three Persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. This and our other core beliefs can be summarised in the Creed which we pray every Sunday. This usually takes one of two forms; the Nicene Creed or the Apostles Creed.
The Liturgy Office of England and Wales have also produced a leaflet explaining some of the language in our creed. [Click here] to download this in pdf format.
